Meet Anne Laura
Where healing begins with being truly heard
Anne Laura brings together clinical training, nutrition expertise, and restorative healing practices to support patients in a more whole and personalized way. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing is most meaningful when each person feels truly seen, heard, and supported.

Mission
My mission is to guide patients toward healing by listening deeply, caring for the whole person, and creating personalized support that honors mind, body, and spirit. I believe healing is most meaningful when it is thoughtful, rooted in trust, and centered on the individual.
Values
Curiosity
I believe healing begins by looking deeper. I approach each patient with curiosity and a desire to better understand the root of what is going on, rather than settling for surface-level answers.
Presence
I value slowing down, being present, and creating space for patients to feel heard. True care starts with attention, connection, and the willingness to listen.
Gentleness
I value thoughtful, low-risk approaches that work with the body rather than against it. Healing does not always have to be harsh to be effective.
Partnership
I believe the healing process works best when patients feel informed, supported, and involved. Care should be collaborative, not one-sided.

What Grounds Me
Beyond my work with patients, I am deeply nourished by the quieter, restorative parts of life. I find joy in movement, horseback riding, gardening, time in nature, and moments of stillness. Hydrangeas are one of my favorite reminders of the beauty and gentleness found in the natural world, and caring for them at home is one of the simple ways I stay grounded. These everyday rhythms continue to shape the way I move through the world and the way I care for others.
