ABOUT ME

AnneLaura is a licensed and certified Integrative and Functional Medicine Adult-Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) and a licensed and certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to practice medicine in the state of TN. She completed training and is certified through The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine fellowship (A4M) in both Functional Medicine and Integrative Oncology. 

 

She completed training and is certified in Advanced BioIdentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (ABHRT) through WorldLink Medical. She is currently working towards a post-master's NP certification in Psychiatry at Johns Hopkins University.

 

AnneLaura was born and raised in Tennessee and attended college at The University of Tennessee to study nutrition. Her advanced education includes a Masters in Nursing Adult/Geriatric Health from Vanderbilt University, a Master’s in Nutrition from Middle Tennessee State University, a Dietetic internship from Penn State University, Duke’s Leadership Program in Integrative Medicine, and The Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine Fellowship (AWCIM). She is also a Certified Yoga teacher RYT-200 and Master Reiki Practitioner. She has completed specialized mental health training in Somatic EMDR. 

 

During sessions, AnneLaura creates a personalized health plan based on a total wellness model offering any of these modalities to her patients: Integrative oncology, Integrative + Functional medicine, Integrative Psychiatry, HeartMath, Reiki energy therapy, Nutrition counseling, Culinary Medicine, Advanced BioIdentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (ABHRT), and Somatic EMDR. 

 

AnneLaura enjoys working out at the YMCA, horseback riding, gardening, and participating in healing retreats in nature with friends. 

 

The focus of her practice is to help patients live their healthiest, most vibrant, whole, and fulfilling lives in support of a healing path.
